Islesboro Affordable Property is pleased to announce the construction of FOUR new residential units, centrally located in the town of Islesboro, Maine. Construction is wrapping up, hand applicants can expect decision notifications soon New prospective renters and applicants who were not chosen for this cycle can choose to keep their applications on file with IAP for consideration regarding future availability.

Islesboro Affordable Property would like to once again express gratitude for all of the support received for these new projects, especially a litany of donors, volunteers, and board members without whom this would not be possible.
